REFUND POLICY

Active Edge Inc. Return Policy

At Active Edge Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at Activeedgeinc.ny@veinternational.org or call us at (631)367-6993 to obtain a return authorization.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the return authorization.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the following address: 82 Turkey Lane, Cold Spring Harbor, New York

    Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement.

 

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description for details.

Warranty Coverage

Active Edge Inc. provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Damage due to misuse or neglect

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

How to File a Warranty Claim
